Yes, they do need to be fully taken apart, and we only want the items you want dipped.

Its by Marvel Coating, polyurea, polyurethane & other chemicals.

How long does the bed liner last?

Last as long as you take care of it, like anything on your vehicle, if anything gets spilled on the liner, it needs to be washed off immediately. It also depends on what you haul in the back of your truck, rocks will damage it quicker verses hauling furniture.

Yes, it's a lifetime warranty on truck beds only as long as the vehicle is registered to you (its not transferable), we warranty lifting, peeling, flaking, and cracking. It is limited to user damage.
